Dance & Play
Ages 18 Months – 2½ Years
Child must be 18 months by September 1, 2025
This 30-minute parent/guardian participation class is designed to nurture a love of movement and music from the very beginning. Through playful activities and guided movement, dancers explore ballet, jazz, gymnastics, and creative movement. No formal dance attire is required—just come ready to move and have fun!
Performance Opportunities: Dancers will have the option to perform one routine in the Holiday Show and one in the end-of-year recital. See Recital Information for details.

Movin' & Groovin'
Ages 2½ – 3½ Years
Child must be 2½ by September 1, 2025
This 30-minute class builds on the foundation of Dance & Play, encouraging independence and readiness for our Preschool-level dance classes. Students explore basic movement and rhythm through beginner ballet and creative dance while supporting physical, emotional, and social development in a warm, encouraging environment. Ballet shoes are required, and dancewear or athletic apparel is encouraged.

Preschool
Ages 3½ – 5 Years
Child must be 3½ by September 1, 2025
PRESCHOOL DANCE introduces young dancers to ballet and tap, with added elements of jazz, tumbling, and creative movement in this 40-minute class. With a continued focus on fun and self-expression, students will build coordination, rhythm, and body awareness while gaining confidence in a more structured classroom setting.
- Attire: Dancewear or form-fitting athletic apparel is recommended.
- Tap: Black patent leather
- Ballet: Pink leather (girls) or black leather (boys)

PRESCHOOL TUMBLING is designed to improve strength, coordination, and body awareness through age-appropriate skills and exercises. A great complement to Preschool Dance! Note: This class does not participate in recital performances.

Kindergarten
Age 5-6
Child must be 5 by September 1, 2025
KINDERGARTEN DANCE continues foundational skill development with an emphasis on tap and jazz, while also incorporating ballet, tumbling, and creative movement. This 55-minute, energetic and engaging class, helps students refine musicality, coordination, and stage presence while continuing to develop confidence and coordination.
- Attire: Dancewear or form-fitting athletic apparel is recommended.
- Tap: Black patent leather
- Ballet: Pink leather (girls) or black leather (boys)

KINDERGARTEN TUMBLING builds strength, flexibility, and coordination with beginner-level skills tailored for Kindergarten-age students. The perfect addition to Kindergarten Dance classes. Note: This class does not participate in recital performances.

All-Star Program
Grades 1-12
Our All-Star Program is designed for dancers in 1st through 12th grade who want to personalize their training by selecting styles that match their interests. Whether your dancer is exploring new genres or growing their skills, the à la carte format allows flexibility while ensuring a high-quality experience in every class. Dancers will perform in both the Holiday Show and the end-of-year recital. See Recital Information for more details.

All-Star Class Options
Ballet/Contemporary (1st-5th Grade Elementary)
This 55-minute class combines the technical foundations of ballet with the expressive qualities of contemporary dance. Dancers will focus on ballet fundamentals including posture, placement, and alignment, while also exploring contemporary movement to develop musicality, emotion, and artistry. This class encourages both discipline and creativity, offering dancers a well-rounded and engaging experience.
- Attire: Dancewear or fitted athletic apparel
- Shoes: Tan turners
- Recital: One contemporary routine, one costume

Jazz/Tap Combo (1st-2nd Grade, 3rd-5th Grade)
These classes give dancers a balanced introduction to two foundational styles of dance. The tap portion of class emphasizes rhythm, timing, and musicality through fun, percussive footwork, helping dancers develop coordination and listening skills. The jazz portion focuses on dynamic movement, flexibility, and strength, incorporating upbeat choreography and age-appropriate technique. Together, these styles offer dancers a well-rounded experience that builds performance quality, confidence, and a strong technical base.

- Recital: Jazz and tap routines, one costume

Hip Hop (1st-2nd Grade, 3rd-5th Grade)
This high-energy class introduces dancers to the fundamentals of hip hop through age-appropriate music and choreography. Dancers will learn rhythm, coordination, and musicality while building confidence and performance skills in a fun, upbeat environment. Class focuses on basic grooves, footwork, and style, with an emphasis on body awareness and creative expression. Whether your dancer is new to hip hop or looking to refine their skills, this class provides a dynamic and supportive space to grow.

- Shoes: Dedicated clean athletic shoes (no street shoes)
- Recital: One Hip Hop routine, one costume

Pom (1st-2nd Grade, 3rd-5th Grade, 6th-12th Grade)
Our brand-new All-Star Pom classes are designed for recreational dancers in Grades 1–12 who want to build precision, confidence, and team spirit through dynamic, high-energy movement. This class focuses on the foundations of Pom technique, including sharp arm motions, strong visual formations, clean lines, and performance presence — all set to upbeat music that keeps dancers motivated and engaged. Whether your dancer is brand new to Pom or looking to refine their skills, this class provides a supportive and spirited environment for growth.

- Recital: One Pom routine, one costume

Pre-Competition (Pre-Comp) Program
For recreational dancers eager to take the stage at competitions with a limited weekly commitment, our Pre-Comp classes offer the perfect blend of performance, training, and fun—without the demands of a full-time competitive program. These classes meet once a week for 1.5 to 1.75 hours (age dependent).
All Pre-Comp dancers will participate in:
- Weekly technique and choreography classes
- Two competition routines
- Two local competitions
- The Holiday Show and end-of-year recital
Previous dance experience is required. No audition necessary, but dancers must show focus and enthusiasm for dance.
Additional Competition Related Fees Apply: Competition entry fees, recital costumes (per style), and makeup/supplies
1st–2nd Grade Pre-Comp (Jazz and Tap)

Boys Only Program
Avengers: Grades 1-4, Legends: Grades 5-8
Our Boys Only classes provide an energetic, supportive space to explore movement and rhythm in a fun, action-packed environment. These classes focus on strength, coordination, and confidence — all while keeping things exciting and age-appropriate. These classes are a great way to build coordination, discipline, and confidence in a format made just for boys.

- Shoes: Dedicated athletic shoes (for class use only)
