SUMMER 2026 COMPETITIVE INFORMATION & SCHEDULE
REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A 2026-2027 COMPETITIVE TEAM:
- Summer Intensive & Auditions – July 27–31
- Audition Google Form due by Monday, July 13
- 8th Grade & older formal audition will take place on Monday, July 27 from 11:30 AM – 2 PM
- 7th Grade & younger auditions will take place throughout the week
REQUIRED FOR 2026-2027 COMPETITIVE TEAMS:

- August 10–21
- September 14–17

- Skills Clinics – Leaps, Turns, Tap, Acro, etc.
- Drop-in Classes – We will periodically offer drop-in classes that may include combos and skills in various styles.

Summer Intensive & Auditions
July 27-31 (Mon-Fri)

Summer Intensive & Auditions

Register based on your 2026-2027 school year. Dancers may be moved to a higher or lower level based on teacher discretion. The Preschool intensive is intended for dancers entering Kindergarten in the 2027-2028 school year. Preschool dancers must be 3.5 by July 1st 2026.
Studio 4’s Summer Intensive is the ultimate kickoff to a new season of growth and inspiration. Designed for dancers auditioning for our Competitive Program, the Intensive offers focused training in technique, flexibility, strength, choreography, and performance—pushing dancers to new levels in a motivating, high-energy environment.
Led by Studio 4 faculty and industry guest artists, this multi-day experience is more than just classes—it’s where work ethic meets opportunity, and where dancers start to discover what they’re truly capable of.
Audition Google Form must be submitted by Monday, July 13th to be considered for a 2026-2027 Competitive Team. See additional important details below.

Dancers who are auditioning for a 2026-2027 competitive team must attend the 2026 Summer Intensive AND complete an Audition Form by 12pm on Monday, July 13th. Studio 4 will determine 2026-2027 team placements based upon teacher observations during Summer Intensive as well as all previous experience with your dancer (if applicable). Placement information will be emailed following the completion of Summer Intensive. Attendance at any or all Studio 4 Summer offerings does NOT guarantee placement on a 2026-2027 competitive team
Pre-7th Grade dancers DO NOT have a formal audition. These younger age groups will be evaluated throughout their Summer Intensive. Dancers must submit an Audition Google Form AND attend the 2026-2027 Summer Intensive to be considered for a 2026-2027 competitive team.
8th-12th Grade dancers have a formal audition on Monday, July 27th from 11:30-2pm. Dancers must submit the Audition Google Form by Monday, July 13th, attend the 2026-2027 Summer Intensive and formally audition to be considered for a 2026-2027 competitive team.

Register based on your 2025-2026 competitive team. If you are new to Studio 4’s competitive program, register for “Summer Placement Request – Ballet Intensive” and Studio 4 will contact you with correct placement. Dancers may be moved to a higher or lower level based on teacher discretion.

Jazz Skills Intensive
June 15-18th (Mon-Thurs)
Intended for competitive level dancers interested in developing their jazz skills. Register based on your 2025-2026 competitive team. If you are new to Studio 4’s competitive program, register for “Summer Placement Request – Jazz Skills Intensive” and Studio 4 will contact you with correct placement. Dancers may be moved to a higher or lower level based on teacher discretion.

Summer Ballet Training
Ballet training classes are intended for competitive level dancers wanting to develop their technical skills. Choose 1 week, 2 weeks, or all 3 weeks. Purchase unlimited package for discounted price and consistent quality training over the summer. Ballet attire is required. Please register based on your 2026-2027 school grade. Dancers may be moved to a higher or lower level based on teacher discretion.
UNLIMITED PACKAGE – Buy the Unlimited Package and SAVE $. The Unlimited Package allows dancers to attend all 3 weeks of the ballet training for their level at a reduced rate.

Jazz Skills Clinic
July 7-9th & July 14-16th (Tues-Thurs)
Intended for competitive level dancers interested in developing their jazz skills. Register based on your 2026-2027 school grade. Some classes include crossover of grades to allow dancers to select the appropriate clinic for their dance level. If you are new to Studio 4 and not sure the appropriate level for your child you can register for “Summer Placement Request – Jazz Skills Clinic – July 7-9th” or “Summer Placement Request – Jazz Skills Clinic – July 14-16th” and Studio 4 will contact you with correct placement. Dancers may be moved to a higher or lower level based on teacher discretion.

Tap Skills Clinic
July 21-23 (Tues-Thurs)
Intended for competitive level dancers interested in developing their tap skills. Register based on your 2026-2027 school grade. Some classes have crossover of grade to allow dancers to select appropriate clinic for their dance level. If you are new to Studio 4’s competitive program, register for “Summer Placement Request – Tap Skills Clinic” and Studio 4 will contact you with correct placement. Dancers may be moved to a higher or lower level based on teacher discretion.
Summer Tap Skills Clinic Registration:
Acro Skills Clinic
July 21-23 (Tues-Thurs)
Intended for competitive level dancers interested in developing their acro skills. Register for skills that you are currently working on mastering. If you are new to Studio 4’s competitive program, register for “Summer Placement Request – Acro Clinic” and Studio 4 will contact you with correct placement. Dancers may be moved to a different clinic based on teacher discretion.
Summer Acro Skills Clinic Registration:
Flex Clinic
August 4-6th (Tues-Thurs)
Intended for competitive level dancers interested in developing their flexibility. Register based on your 2026-2027 school grade. Some classes include crossover of grades to allow dancers to select the appropriate clinic for their dance level. If you are new to Studio 4 and not sure the appropriate level for your child you can register for “Summer Placement Request – Flex Clinic” and Studio 4 will contact you with correct placement. Dancers may be moved to a higher or lower level based on teacher discretion.
