Class size will be limited to provide quality instruction and personal attention. Class placement is based on students' age and ability at the instructor's discretion. You will be notified if any changes are necessary.

Adult Dance Classes - Fall 2015 - Spring 2016
Adult dance classes will focus on building dance skills in a fun and interactive atmosphere.

Adult Fitness Classes - Fall 2015- Spring 2016
Yoga Sculpt: Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout designed to effectively tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class packs in yoga, cardio, weight-lifting and plyometrics all in 60 minutes. It will boost your metabolism and push your strength and flexibility to a new level. Free weights are added to the yoga sequence to intensify each pose and help build lean muscle mass. All fitness levels are welcome. Beginner and advanced modifications will be offered throughout the class. Participants must be adults or high school aged or older to attend. All participants must bring 2 - 3 to 8 pound hand weights yoga blocks, and a yoga mat. Don't forget your water and a towel to dry off.

Yoga Sculpt Payment Policy: Fitness Class participants may either purchase single day Fitness Class (cash/check) or 10-class punch card (11th class FREE). Please stop by the front desk to purchase your punch card or drop-in classes.
